At Accept Credit Cards LLC ("ACC"), your privacy is our priority. ACC is committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. The information ACC collects about you when you become a member is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on the ACC Web site. How Does ACC Use the Information Collected?
When you become an ACC member, ACC will ask you to fill out a form that requests disclosure of your name, address and e-mail address, as well as some demographic information such as gender and date of birth.
ACC may share this information with trusted partners to help ACC perform order fulfillment and statistical analysis.
With respect to your business information, ACC will only use such information to process orders and the solicitation of additional business. Without your consent, this information will NEVER be sold, distributed, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfillment, ACC reserves the right to disclose such information if required pursuant to a statute, a subpoena or other court order. With respect to your demographic information (gender, date of birth, etc.), it will be used for security purposes, to ensure you are who you say you are and, that you are, in fact, paying with authorized credit cards in your name. This security measure helps ensure that a third party is not using your stolen credit card(s) to purchase goods or services through ACC.
Refer-A-Friend
If you choose to use ACC's referral service to tell a friend about the ACC Web site, ACC will ask you for your friend's name and email address. ACC will automatically send your friend an email inviting him or her to visit the ACC Web site. Unless otherwise required under law, as detailed below, ACC will use this information for the sole purpose of soliciting your friend's business and may store this information on ACC's databases.
ACC's Use of Log Files
When you visit the ACC Web site, ACC automatically logs your IP address, your browser type and your access times. ACC utilizes this information to conduct site performance evaluations, to see where visitors are coming from and to keep track of click stream data (the screens our users visit on our site). This data helps ACC to determine what content our members find most appealing so that ACC can maximize your enjoyment of the site. Log files are not tied to personally identifiable information.

All ACC employees take protection of your personal information very seriously. All employees must learn and follow ACC security policies. Access to member personal information is limited to key management personnel and ACC's member services department. Personal information of ACC members is ID and password protected and ACC's Web security is reviewed on a monthly basis. Correcting/Updating Your Personal Information
After becoming an ACC subscriber you may correct/update your personal information by clicking on the 'My Account' link at the top of any page, entering your ID, password and birth date when prompted and clicking the Edit Information button. The changes you make will be reflected in ACC's databases instantly. If you wish to deactivate your account, you may contact ACC's member services group through the 'My Account' section, or the 'Contact Us' section.

Communication
From time to time ACC may send out email messages alerting you that certain products or services are available, to remind you about providing feedback, or for promotional offers. In addition, you will receive communication from ACC 1) if you contact ACC for a particular reason, 2) to receive or confirm your orders, or 3) if ACC needs to contact you for administrative purposes such as winning a contest. Administrative e-mails may contain promotional materials. If you choose to receive ACC newsletters, they will contain promotional materials from ACC and or our affiliates. At any time, you may discontinue receiving the ACC newsletters by using the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletters or by amending your account information through the ACC Web site.

Contests
Periodically, contests are run on ACC's Web site. At times, contests are sponsored by authorized third parties. To enter these contests you need only to enter your ID and password and follow any additional instructions. At the time of entry, you may decide if you wish to have your first name and state of residence posted on ACC's Web site if you are selected as the winner. Winner's names are NEVER shared with ACC customers without their prior written consent.
ACC's Use of Cookies
Cookies are pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer's hard drive which identify you when you enter a Web site. The ability to select samples on ACC's Web site is not cookie-driven. ACC may use session cookies to provide a seamless experience on the site and to combine with ACCC's log files so that ACC can understand ACC's Web site traffic and analyze demographic information in aggregate form. If you have set your browser to reject cookies, the ACC Web site will not identify you when you enter the Web site and, therefore, you will need to manually type in your ID and password. ACC may use remarketing based on cookies to advertise relevant products and those of our trusted partners to previous visitors using third-party vendors' display networks.
